    Planning

    The heaviest phase, and the one most programs shortchange. Where you intend to operate, what the technology can actually evidence, how you will govern it, who you will buy from and what proof you will require before you accept it. All of it decided before anyone signs anything.

    Test and integration

Very few organizations have tried autonomy at all yet. Most come to us at the start, trying to work out what to do, how to do it and when. A few arrive mid-stream, after a pilot has stalled or a vendor conversation raised a question nobody internally can answer. Both are normal, and you can enter at any phase.

The method

Does the technology’s envelope actually cover your operation?

Target Operational Domain

Where you intend to operate. Your conditions, your traffic, your weather, your edge cases. Defined by you, not by a vendor.

Operational Design Domain

The envelope the manufacturer can actually evidence. Not the marketing claim. The documented capability.

The gap between them

If the ODD does not contain the TOD, the deployment will fail. Usually about eighteen months in, at significant cost.

We integrate autonomy into the safety management system you already run, rather than standing it up as an experiment alongside. And we verify. We do not validate. The distinction matters the moment somebody asks what your evidence is.
